Tarkov chemical part 1 bugged

I hit complete on the task, got a backend error, and now the task is gone and I got no rewards. 2 people commented on a post I made about it a few minutes ago saying its happened to them with the quests: "Sew it good pt 1" and "Postman Pat". Seems like the quest doesn't matter, I think its a server issue.
